You’ve probably noticed that throughout Celiac Awareness Month I’ve chosen to highlight certain national food celebrations and holidays. You may ask, why have I chosen certain foods days over others. I’ve chosen the celebrations that are near and dear to our hearts (i.e., Mother’s Day–can’t forget mom!) as well as foods that are a part of the fabric of our lives.
I think Devil’s Food Cake is one of those foods, a comfort food treat that we grew up with to celebrate birthdays and other family and friends-focused get togethers. Isn’t that what the fun in life is all about? There are so many great gluten free versions of Devils’ Food Cake that now everyone can eat from the same cake. No more separate gluten free desserts are necessary!
Here are a few great recipes to help you and your family and friends celebrate.
