Gluten free resources and information are a dime a dozen these days. And then there are the resources that separate the wheat from the chaff (pardon the pun, but I just had to go there).
Triumph Dining has two excellent, well researched and documented resources that give you all the information you need on the topic at hand. One I’ll cover today and the second in a post later this month.
The Essential Gluten-Free Restaurant Guide thoroughly details the gluten free offerings at 6,500 restaurants nationwide, listing them by restaurant name by state. This guide also provides menus for 120 national and regional chains, making it a must-have book for the house and when traveling. Having used the guide many times to find local neighborhood restaurants as well as while traveling, I can tell you that the information it provides is accurate and highly reliable
It’s also a thoughtful gift for a friend or family member that has to live gluten free.
So, for Celiac Awareness Month I am doing a giveaway. All you have to do is provide a comment below about why the restaurant guide is essential for yourself or a great gift for someone you know.
For those who don’t win, you can purchase the restaurant guide by clicking here.
(Disclosure: I received a complimentary copy of the book, but was not paid to write this post or conduct this contest. I am also a member of the Triumph Dining affiliate program, per the badge to the right.)

This would be perfect for my celiac mom who is going on a cross country road trip soon.
we travel as a family a lot so having a GF dining guide would help so much when deciding where I can eat!
Both my daughter(age 35) and myself (age 60) were just diagnosed with celiac. I was diagnosed in January, and she was diagnosed just this month. We could use the help, especially with making such drastic lifestyle changes.
I’m always nervous about eating out since being gf. I stick to one or two places I trust and rarely eat out. It would be nice to be more sure of which places are safe and smart about gf dining.
We enjoy dining out as a family and this would be a huge help in determining where we decide to dine. Enter me, please!
