There are two parts to everyone being able to enjoy a safe, gluten-free Thanksgiving. There is the responsibility of the gluten-free guest to properly communicate their needs and the responsibility of the host to prevent cross-contact in the kitchen.
I have written about both topics for other publications, so didn’t want to re-create the wheel here.
I wish you all a happy and safe Thanksgiving.
Enjoy this special time with friends and family. This entry was posted in Gluten Free Lifestyle and tagged gluten free Thanksgiving, HomeFoodSafety.org, VitaCost. Bookmark the permalink.← Getting Through the Holidays Gluten-FreePurely Elizabeth Gluten-Free Oatmeal – Review and Giveaway →
