Give the gift of fitness with FitKit | Rachel Begun, MS, RD

Cyber Monday Instagram

(Disclosure: I received a complimentary FitKit to try it out and am a program affiliate member.)

I hope you all enjoyed a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend.

It’s officially the holiday season, which means we’re all looking for that special gift for that special somebody.

How about giving the gift of fitness?  Have a loved one that travels often and needs to stay in shape while on the road?  Know a friend that wants to start a fitness routine but doesn’t know where to start?  Or, do you need that little something to take a fitness break while visiting family during the holidays?

My friend, colleague and fitness expert, Amie Hoff, developed the The FitKit–Total Fitness in a Kit, which is a great gift for a loved one or yourself.  For just $34.99, you get all the portable equipment and tips you need for a full body workout that includes cardio, strength and flexibility exercises.  It fits into a handy case that’s compact and weighs only two lbs. so you can take it with you to workout anywhere at anytime!  And if you buy today–Cyber Monday–you get shipping free!

The FitKit includes:

  • tubing with handles
  • resistance band
  • jump rope
  • door anchor
  • exercise cards
  • access to an online directory of 250+ exercises developed by Amie Hoff, fitness expert
  • nutrition and fitness tips, healthy recipes and more

I brought the FitKit with me while vacationing on the Greek Isles this summer.  It was a perfect alternative to getting a full workout in or supplementing what I could do. On days that we didn’t spend a lot of time walking or hiking, the jump rope was perfect for getting a cardio workout in. There’s nothing like jump roping while watching the beautiful Aegean sea and sky.  The resistance band and tubing was just what I needed for muscle toning.  And I didn’t get bored because I had the online exercise directory to mix it up and keep it interesting.

Click here to give the gift that truly keeps on giving…whether for yourself or loved ones!

Wishing you all a happy, healthy and fit holiday season!

Fitkit huh? Haven’t heard of it. I will have to check it out and then report back on how it works out.

Great for people who are trying to get a workout in when traveling for work or pleasure. And can get workout plans from personal trainer, Amie Hoff, which is a big boost for those who want guidance.

All that stuff really fits in that little case? That’s awesome.
