If you read my last post, then you know I’m concerned with The Plant-Based Protein Dilemma—the wave of plant protein products hitting the market that find us having to choose between eating for our best personal health vs. what is best for the planet.

I was taught early on in my career that if you are going to raise an issue, then you better also be prepared to come to the table with solutions, and that is the purpose of this post.

Here are 20 recipes rich in protein made from whole, plant-based ingredients. Meals that make it easy to eat for both the health of your body and the planet. Meals you won’t feel conflicted about enjoying.
