It is my goal to abide by ethical blogging and social media standards, which includes strict adherence to the Federal Trade Ccommision (FTC) endorsement guidelines, as well as the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Code of Ethics.

Information presented on this site is intended as an informational representation of the nutrition and communications services provided by my company, Rachel Begun Food and Nutrition Solutions, LLC, as well as the posts I share on my blog and social media platforms.

The blog page on this website is written by me, Rachel Begun. All information shared here are my own thoughts and opinions.
When I am compensated to provide opinions on products, books, services, websites or other resources on my website, blog or social media platforms, I will disclose according to FTC guidelines. When I am not paid for a post, but have received complimentary product samples or attended an event for which my expenses were paid for by a manufacturer, author, book publisher, etc., I will also disclose according to FTC guidelines. I will only endorse products or services that I believe, based on my personal judgment, are worthy of endorsement. Compensation will never influence accuracy of content nor will endorsement be promised in exchange for goods or services.
I currently do not accept advertising from third parties nor participate in link exchanges.
Brand Affiliations and Partnerships
As you will see on the Work page, I sometimes act as a media spokesperson for my clients. When I engage in endorsing their products through writing, social media posts or media interviews, I will clearly disclose my relationship according to FTC guidelines. I selectively choose to represent brands and companies that align with my personal values and professional judgment.
When working with brands, I will share a list for proper disclosure.
